Cameron McVeigh, CA, CFA

Mr. McVeigh established Camcor in 1997. He previously held positions of increasing responsibility with two international chartered accountancy firms practicing in the areas of taxation, insolvency, and corporate finance. Mr. McVeigh currently represents Camcor interests on numerous boards of directors related to Camcor Fund investments.

Ian Fergusson, CA, CFA

Mr. Fergusson joined Camcor in 1998. Prior to joining Camcor, Mr. Fergusson was employed with an international chartered accountancy firm for four years in Canada and Australia working in the areas of taxation and audit. Mr. Fergusson currently represents Camcor interests on numerous boards of directors related to Camcor Fund investments.

Jeff Skingle, MBA
Vice-President
Mr. Skingle joined Camcor in 2007. Prior to joining Camcor, Mr. Skingle was employed with BMO Capital Markets for two years in the Loan Products Group providing corporate banking services for a variety of senior and junior exploration and production firms, oil sands operators and royalty trusts. Prior to BMO, Mr. Skingle was employed with RBC Royal Bank for two years in the commercial lending group.

David Hyman, CA, CBV
Vice-President
Mr. Hyman joined Camcor in 2008. Prior to joining Camcor, Mr. Hyman was the Energy Services Analyst at Raymond James for three years. He was also employed for eight years at Deloitte in Calgary, practicing in the areas of audit, business valuation, corporate finance and damage quantification.

Donald J. Nelson, P. Eng
Investment Committee Member
Mr. Nelson is a Professional Engineer with over thirty-five years of oil and gas experience. From 1996 to 2002, he was with Summit Resources Limited holding the positions of President and CEO (1998 to 2002) and Vice President, Operations (1996 to 1998). Mr. Nelson is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Nelson sits on the Board of Directors of Perpetual Energy Inc., Keyera Facilities Income Fund, Ember Resources Inc., Culane Energy Ltd., as well as four other private oil and gas companies.

Glen Schmidt, P. Eng, MBA

Mr. Schmidt is currently President and CEO of Laricina Energy Ltd., a private energy company. Prior thereto, Mr. Schmidt was President and CEO of Deer Creek Energy, a public energy company that was sold to Total for approximately $1.7 billion in 2005. Formerly, Mr. Schmidt was President of Torex Resources Ltd. and Pioneer Natural Resources Canada Inc. and was previously the Vice President Canada at Chauvco Resources Ltd. and Vice President Production and Engineering at Mark Resources Inc. Mr. Schmidt is also a member of the board of governors for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP), Chairman of the In Situ Oil Sands Alliance (IOSA), and sits on the Board of Directors of Elkhorn Resources Inc., a private oil and gas company.

Les Skingle, LLB, CA, QC

Mr. Skingle was influential in the establishment of Camcor in 1997. From 2002 until 2007 he was a director and senior executive of a closely-held group of companies involved in manufacturing, real estate development and other broadly based investments. Mr. Skingle is counsel to the law firm Felesky Flynn, which he previously served as a partner.

Mr. Dell is a Professional Engineer with over forty years of oil and gas experience. From 1979 until September 2010, he was with GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd. holding the position of Vice President of Small Business Services since 1993. Mr. Dell is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Mr. Dell sits on the Board of Directors of a private oil and gas company and is Chairman of its Reserves Committee.
